In this time I will talk a little about you, yes you guys!

One of the biggest differences between men and women is how they cope with stress.
If a men have a problem and feel stress, men become increasingly focused and withdrawn. While if a women have a problem and feel stress, women become increasingly overwhelmed and emotionally involved.

It's true?

 I think it's true, because at these times, the need for men to feel better is to solve his problem. Unlike women, women will feel better by talking about her problem.

 If you dont't understand and accept differences between women and men. This will create the friction needed in the relationship.

 An example in the book "Men Are From Mars and Women Are From Venus" telling about a married couple. 

When Tom comes home, he wants to relax and unwind by quietly reading the news. He's stressed by the unsolved problems of his day and finds relief through for getting them. His wife, Mary, also wants to relax from her stressful day. She, however, wants to find relief by talking about the problems of her day. The tension slowly building between them gradually becomes resentment.Tom secretly thinks Mary talks too much, while Mary feels ignored.

 Without understanding their differences, they will be increasingly separated. They will always fight if they don't understand each other's needs. We may be able to recognize this situation because this is only one of many examples where men and women are at odds. This problem is not only Tom and Mary but is present in almost every relationship. But I don't know the truth, because I am not married (hehe). But, can we also see the relationship between our father and mother? Are they always okay? Or sometimes fight like Tom and Jerry? Hehe Mary I mean. Hopefully all of us are always given happiness.

 And to solve this problem doesn't depend on how much we love each other but how much we can understand each other.

 When a woman really needs to talk about problems to feel better. Usually men will continue to think that women talk too much and usually men refuse to listen.
Whereas when a man is reading the news to feel better, or playing a game. Women will feel neglected and ignored.
So, be a person who can understanding each other!
Especially your partner, and your future partner.

Selalu mengingat do'a apa yang dipanjatkan selama belum kuliah, yaitu minta teman yang banyak sama Allaah. Ternyata, kalau banyak manusia dijadikan teman dekat juga butuh manajemen.
